Minister of Education, Culture and Research Monica Babuc received today, on 21 February, in a courtesy visit, the H.E. Hulusi Kilic, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to the Republic of Moldova, with the occasion of ending his mandate in our country.

During the talks, the officials highly appreciated the positive evolutions in the development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of education and culture. Minister Monica Babuc expressed thanks to Embassy of Turkey in Chisinau for her good and friendly attitude, for fruitful collaboration until present, for effective communication on different levels, but also for supporting the various educational and cultural events that took place in Republic of Moldova, reiterating the belief that this collaboration will continue.

In his turn, H.E. Hulusi Kilic expressed his gratitude for the Ministry of of Education, Culture and Research’s support in successful realization of the various events and projects, assuring that Turkey will continue to provide constant support to the Republic of Moldova.

At the end of the meeting, Monica Babuc reiterated the invitation addressed to his Turkish homologues to visit Republic of Moldova and to sign bilateral cooperation Agreements in the fields of education, culture and research.
