2. The Qualification requirements and basis for evaluation (evaluation criteria) are:

(i) General experience:

• At least five years of experience in conducting auditing;
• Experienced in the auditing of development projects.

(ii) Specific experience:

• Experience in planning and conducting audits of Word Bank financed projects;
• Experience in conducting audits of projects with sub-financing / sub-project / sub-grant component;
• Appropriate personnel for audit service provision.
